Episode 6: The Power of Community, was a very special episode for me.
Growing up in a small cotton town (#weewaa) where my father was a minister, I experienced first-hand the strength of a community.
Now working & living in one of the most densely populated cities in the world you really see the power, and the need, of a community - which creates a sense of belonging, purpose and happiness.
To approach this topic, I was deeply grateful to have, Jeff Rotmeyer, Founder of ImpactHK and Love21 Foundation join me and share his story and reflections on kindness, community, caring and what lessons organizations can take in.
