Thousands of girls in Uganda may not return to school even after government consider to fully reopen learning institutions next year after 2 years of closure among other public gathering places to control further spread of Covid-19. These may not return to school due to pregnancy while others have been married-off either by their parents or self-decision made. Like the case has been, girls who conceive in many regions are left to manage the home affairs as a wife despite the revised Ministry of Educations & Sports' guideline that promotes second chance for teenage mothers.
