Did you know that PRAISE is one of your most powerful weapon as a Christian. Yes, praise is actually one of your most lethal weapon for spiritual warfare. How? For one, God inhabits the praises of his people (Psalms 22:3) wherever God is praised, God is present. Why? Because his glory, he will not share or give to anyone (Isaiah 42:8). No one can receive his praise on his behalf, that would be idolatry. Jehoshaphat understood this, learn from his story. So when next you are confronted with a seemingly impossible position you know you need God, praise him. My second lesson from the life of Jehoshaphat today is to learn from and avoid his penchant for mixing with the wrong group; once it almost cost him his life when he went to war with Ahab. Next he allows his son marry Ahab's and Jezebel's daughter, an influence David's dynasty will never recover from. The Bible says, evil communication corrupts good manner, be mindful of your company.
