Manasseh's is a thorough lesson of not following others to commit evil. He leads the nation into step idolatry but later repents, the nation will not listen and follow him, even his own son, Amon will choose to follow his father's earlier wicked years. Lastly, king Josiah, even though he knew all of his actions would not change anything and the fact God already promised the tragedy on the nation would not come in his time, he choose to still be different and possibly move God to change his mind. Lesson, it is never too late to start doing what is right.
