Daniel sees four beasts coming up out of a great sea in a great storm, he gives us some description about them but spends the majority of his time focusing on the fourth beast and the phenomenon that would happen around and during the period of its reign. In understanding his dream, a few things become clear; each of the beast represents a kingdom whose influence would touch or cover the whole earth. Secondly, the events of the beast, described one after the other are about the events leading up to the end times from beast one to beast four during whose period Jesus would return. Today, we lay the groundworks for understanding each of the beast and their implications for those of us living through the endtime.
