Today, we conclude the book of Isaiah reading about the End times, about the way we ought to live during that period and what the situation and way of life of the people of the world would be then. He separates them into those who; fear or tremble before the LORD, have a contrite heart and are humble before GOD. Isaiah says GOD will bless them. To the other parties, He calls them; those who choose their own ways - delighting in their detestable sins, he says GOD will not accept them and will consider their offerings an abomination. He also says GOD would send them great trouble (The Great Tribulation) - all the things they feared. Jesus describes it this way, "Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold" Matt 24:12. The good thing is, this is still prophecy, it is still in our future and we can still do something about it. I am calling you to choose to be part of the first group, to live humble and contrite before God and to fear him. I am calling you into a walk with Jesus today.
