Anything is possible when we pray. Jesus shares here about the power available to us in the place of prayer. A power solely rooted in our faith in God. How does that work? Jesus said; "Then Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.

Mark 11:22-24 NLT. You want to be able to move things in the place of prayer, have faith in God. The faith part implies that there is a relationship with God; that you have come to know God is who He says He is and that He can do what he says He would do. When that part is settled, prayer becomes powerful. You can ask and go to bed even when it seems nothing is happening because you are confident in the integrity of the one who promised.
