The Conflict Integration Meditation is my latest favorite practice for FAST POTENT transformation.
I learned it from Carolyn Elliott (I highly recommend her book Existential Kink AND her paid membership Electric YES.)
This practice is so powerful because most people (including me!) are slowed down by an inner conflict. For example: Part of me says YES to jumping out of bed and working on my business, and part of me says NO.
Usually what happens is that one part “wins” and shames or is in conflict with the other part. This Conflict Integration Visualization practice gets them to make friends and collaborate.
All parts of us have amazing gifts to offer us such as calm, peace, freedom, expansion, joy fun, and more.
All parts of us are worthy of love and compassion. This practice helps us connect more deeply with all parts of ourselves and thus tap into the wisdom we would otherwise be missing.
I recommend doing this practice everyday for 21 days at least! I often do it lying in bed when I wake up or when I’m falling asleep, or in the shower, on the metro, or when I’m sitting and relaxing.
