Tartaria is said to have been a global empire based out of what is now Russia, China and Mongolia. There's a theory that the empire was destroyed by a Mud Flood and left behind were their ornate buildings. Were the world fairs in many US cities a smokescreen so the people of the late 1800s could claim these buildings as their own? Was the knowledge of this hidden empire scrubbed from the historical record by communists?
