About Dumi Senda:
Coach Dumi (Dumi Senda), known as the “rags to impact coach” went from a life of menial labor with little prospects to Oxford MSc graduate and globally renowned diversity and inclusion (D&I) expert and coach. He draws on his personal experience with social mobility to help organisations achieve meaningful workplace D&I and individuals to overcome limitations and maximise their personal and professional growth. He has worked with top global organisations such as the UN, Bank of England, Goldman Sachs, and Google among others, and has been recognized by the office of the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson for impact on D&I. He was formerly Head of Student Attraction & Alumni Engagement with SEO London, a non-for-profit which helps broaden employment access into the corporate sector for people from under-represented backgrounds. He later consulted on a freelance basis for D&I organisations such as The Diversity Practice, Black British Business Awards and The Network of Networks (TNON). He has just accepted a role as Head of Growth & Innovation (D&I) with Righttrack Learning, a leading company that provides bespoke D&I and leadership training for organisations across the world.
