About Ralph and Sophie McBaiden:
Ralph McBaiden is a Chartered Accountant who is passionate about giving back. For years, Ralph has contributed to his community whether by mentoring, providing CV support or most recently co-founding the Open Palm charity. In addition to practising as an Accountant full time, Ralph spends as much of his free time as possible helping young people to become wiser with money. Outside of the world of finance, Ralph is a keen footballer and drone enthusiast.
Sophie McBaiden is a qualified Solicitor and works for a large financial institution. Sophie is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has participated in a range of initiatives to help the next generation, from developing work experience programmes and mentoring. Outside of the office, Sophie co-founded a charity, Open Palm, that delivers free life-skills courses to ethnic minority youths, supports under-funded schools and promotes racial equality. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys fitness, cooking and spending quality time with her husband and family.
