13:58 Tsitsi’s 4 tips on how to have an effective money conversation with a loved one: 

1. Set aside some time to have the conversation with now distractions and interruptions. 

2. Be prepared to talk opening, but also be prepared to listen. 

3. Be for you start the conversation, acknowledge that you may not be able discuss everything in one conversation – this is an ongoing process. 

4. Reach out to a financial adviser who will have experience in facilitating such conversations.
