In today’s episode we discuss Midnight Maiden by Kathryn Marie. This book is a historical fantasy with romance weaved in about a female assassin who is summon to the Royal family palace. She is hired to take out a man of the court, but there is more than planning for her task that will distract her. I do want to give a warning that Midnight Maiden does contain some semi-graphic scenes of assault, abuse and PTSD so be aware if you decide to read this book.
