In this episode, you'll listen to a meditation class at the Yoga 360 studio in Surrey, led by Karen.
The class is structured to start with some upright moving meditation, flows to a seated guided meditation and finishes off with some yoga nidra.
We suggest you pick some of your favourite music or white noise and have lots of props handy to make your space comfortable while you practice.
This is a live recording of an actual class in-studio, so you will hear Karen walk around the room as she guides you through your meditation. You may notice some inconsistencies in sound quality as sound levels change.
