Welcome to our first series, therapy thoughts! In this series, we talk about mental health - our own struggles, how we've learned to cope, reducing the stigma, focusing on our wellbeing and much more. To kickstart this series, we wanted to chat about how we have dealt with our "funks" in the past. From having a self-care day to talking to someone about how you're feeling to just letting all the emotions soak, there isn't ever one 'correct' way but rather multiple ways that are most correct for you. And today, we talk about some of the things that have helped us. Creating this series and speaking into a microphone is therapeutic in itself for Kavya and I, and we hope that it helps shed some light your way.
