Description

I'm on day 18 of a 3 week detox and I was having cravings, for peanut butter on toast! I was starting to get worried that at the end of my detox I might pig out and ruin all my good work.  

However through connecting with the emotions that were coming up for me I not only released my cravings but I also let go of a huge block that had been limiting my abundance!  

Remember the aim with food is to be loving to yourself and not to have to live with forceful and uncomfortable restrictions, it should be joyful and delicious!
