Spencer, Nick and Colin open the show by recapping the EPAC girls Regionals as Washington and Spring Mills punched their tickets to Charleston for next week's state tournament and go over the All-EPAC girls hoops teams. In segment two, Spring Mills head girls basketball coach George Gosk joins the show to talk about win regionals and heading back to Charleston for another year (13:56-22:46). In segment three, the guys discuss the All-EPAC boys hoops teams and give their opinions. And the guys wrap up the show talking about the Capitals and Wizards, plus more on today's edition of The Sports Mix.
