Spencer and Nick open up the show talking a little about why their wasn't a show yesterday as the guys played in the FCA Golf Tournament at The Woods and looked quickly at the EPAC sectionals that begin tonight
In segment two, Jefferson Cougars head coach John Lowery Sr. joined the show as the Cougars won the EPAC regulars season title and are ready to make another playoff run (9:02-23:05) and after the interview the guys breakdown all the EPAC teams ahead of sectionals.
In segment three, The guys discuss the Capitals falling in game four last night 3-2 to the Panthers in Overtime as they get ready for a pivotal game 5 with the series deadlocked at two.
The guys wrap up the show talking about the NBA as there are some very competitive second round series underway.
