Spencer is back from vacation and he, Nick and Colin open the show talking with Berkeley Post 14 Hornets Manager Tripp Tobin as the Hornets went 3-1 at the Western Maryland Appalachian Classic over the weekend with 48 runs on 53 hits while striking just 12 times.
In segment two, the guys get into Commanders news from OTA practice fines to training camp location.
In segment three, they talk Stanley Cup Finals with game 3 tonight in Tampa as Colorado is up 2-0, also talk Capitals as Nick Backstrom jsut underwent a serious hip surgery.
The guys wrap up the show talking about Ryan Zimmerman's jersey retirement ceremony and play his closing comments.
