I love this sentence out of James 4:2 NIV, "You do not have because you do not ask God." To get by, don't say the same, repetitious prayers every day. Go deeper and bolder in your prayers to God in 2022 and beyond. Be authentic as you approach God's throne. There isn't a certain manner to pray. Pray with conviction and passion. Even the silent prayers are heard by God. God is aware of our desires, needs, and emotions. You must believe that God will answer your prayers (Mark 11:24) and work things out for your good (Romans 8:28)
