Christopher Natal goes by the stage name Maria. Maria sits down with Tia to share their story about breaking into the creative scene in NYC. Maria comes from the corporate retail industry and transitioned to podcasting where many opportunities followed. Maria broke into the creative scene with a podcast called Living Loud with co host Vic Norris. The podcast focused on the queer minority millennial experience. The podcast launched Maria into many creative opportunities like a relationship & sex column, a collaboration with jackd app, and screentime on major television shows. Maria discusses her experience on set for the television show called Pose on the FX network. Maria is full of energy and determined to seize all the opportunities. Maria has an innate motherly energy and is a leader within her community. Their message to all creatives is to “always bet on yourself”.
