You asked, we delivered--- we're diving deeper into my conversation with Jeff Perlman, Director of Planning at the NJTPA (North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority. We talk about Jeff’s path from molecular biology to urban planning, as well as his experiences and ideas about planning in a world changed by the pandemic. Jeff is also an adjunct professor at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, so he shares some valuable lessons about the history of planning.
