It's natural and 'human' for us to see the 'New Year' as a time for change, progression, or new beginnings. But Mental Illness is no respecter of time. It does not recognize a 'new season' and it does not take a holiday.
Use every day as a time for change and/or renewal. Today is your day to make a small change. Yesterday is gone. You may never get 'well' but you can be better. Hope lies in small changes. It is there for you. You ARE WORTH IT!
