In the last six months I've observed 100s of clients expressing their distress at experiencing 'big feelings'.

The phenomena of big feelings is often exacerbated at the changing of seasons. This is especially the case as we migrate into winter - the season of hibernation.

The season of winter gifts us the opportunity to reflect, reassess and explore. Of course if you haven't managed to address those feelings they begin to compact and leave an impression.

These unresolved emotions can leave such a dent that you can sometimes feel this energy in your body.
