This was a surprise sit down with a young man whom I grew up with . He took time to see me and we had this mind blowing conversation about his journey and the things he learnt throughout these experiences. The most important thing we could ever do for ourselves is to be 100 % available to our daily struggle. It's empowering once you take responsibility and dwell on your strengths.
