I love how in movies when a woman is distraught and her friends hurdle around her, asking what the matter is, she will say, "Mark is cheating on me," and her friends will all gasp, suddenly unable to breathe.
"Oh, my God, Emma, we are so sorry. Are you okay?"
Emma, devastated, will start crying and her friends will cry with her and one will offer to organize goons to beat up Mark.
It's laughable, really, because here in Kenya people ask if you are okay only when you say your man never cheats.
"Hauko Sawa, wewe. We will be here when you come crying ati he has cheated."
"Hata Mimi nilikuwa nikijidanganya ati my man never cheats but ile character nilipigwa! Wacha tu. Anyway, ignorance is bliss my sister."
"Someone check on her. Is she okay? Anyone close to her should call her!"
You know why? Because cheating is our default setting. Heck, even in composition, when asked to write about the day we will never forget, some of you chose to write about the day you definitely forgot as the day you will never forget 😂
Only Mbanacho, Eddy and Ndugu are truthful men, that's why on this episode, they give truthful accounts of the days they will never forget.
Ladies? Gents? Here is your weekly dose of laughter:
