"Pakitang tao" might be true after all. But contrary to what we believe in, it might not be as bad as its connotation. According to a Japanese proverb, we wear three different faces. First is the face you show to the world, the second you show to your family and friends, and the last you never show to anyone but yourself.
This does not necessarily mean dishonesty or deception, rather it only proves that we humans have the ability to adapt to our environment and the people that surround us - not because we are fake, but because we are humans and that's just our nature.
