Description

This week I wanted to talk about asking for and accepting help. How previous experiences of rejection when we needed help can cause us to feel the need to be hyper independent. I also talk about my realization of how asking for and accepting help helps to build and strengthen relationships with people around us, to connect with people on a deeper level.

Keep an eye out for the DBT minisodes that I will be putting out weekly for the next 6 months while I am going through my Group DBT therapy.
