April and Jack sat down to discuss issues surrounding mental health awareness and what it looks like for someone who navigated the pandemic in a university setting.
Jack also recently created the Never Alone Podcast. He wanted to start this podcast to help young adults and college & high school students make mental health a more prominent topic and to let them know that they are never struggling alone.
