JOURNAL PROMPTS
Monday: Write down your known triggers and the underlying feeling behind them.
Tuesday: Review your list of triggers/underlying feelings and write about the times in your life you experienced those underlying feelings. (Take your time)
Wednesday: When you are triggered, how do you respond? Would you like to respond that way in the future?
Thursday: What are some ways you calm yourself down? How will you leverage these strategies when triggered in the future?
Friday: Give yourself a big hug for the things you overcame to be here today!
