Tofe is a man who is all about connectedness. He runs a business called Soundboard to give podcasters back their time so they can focus solely on recording and connecting with their audience. All because of his passion (and obsession) in meaningful conversations.
Outside of podcasting, Tofe is an advocate of men's work and mental health, a former ultrarunner / endurance athlete, and he released a book back in 2018 called 'Everyone Has A Plan Until Sh!t Hits The Fan,' a story about Tofe's mental health journey.
