Well the first & truest answer would be you can't, fights are inevitable, but being inevitable doesn't mean you shouldn't try to reduce them or try to handle them better, it is not a zero-sum game… it's not about zero fights or 100% of the time, it's about settling it somewhere between 40-50%.
