When the Lord gives you dreams, visions, or audible voice. Don't automatically say you rebuke it, or you bind it, in Jesus name.
Don't be Impetuous about anything. Write everything down in your journal, or speak it into your phone, so you can have the exact wording that the Holy Spirit quickened your spirit with. Then talk to the Lord about it.
A dream, vision, or hearing an audible voice, is God's way of starting a conversation with you.
(John 16:12-15) NIV
12 “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.(A) 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth,(B) comes, he will guide you into all the truth.(C) He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine.(D) That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”
Note:
Ask God what is He trying to tell you, or show you?
When God shows you someone doing something in the dream or vision, He may be showing you a *Character trait of yourself.
When God shows you a dream, vision, or you hear an audible voice say something about someone. Ask God *do you need to intercede for that person?
Ask God is this dream or vision *a Literal trait, which equals fact or true?
Or is it *a Symbolic trait, exaggeration or inaccuracy?
Ask God is the dream, vision, or audible voice giving you *information or *instruction?
Ask God *is there a strategy for the dream?
*Sometimes God is only showing you what's to come.
Definition:
Impetuous=
* Acting or done quickly and without thought or care.
*Moving forcefully or rapidly.
*Acting suddenly or quickly without thinking.
Pray this:
Lord, I thank you for delivering me from an Impetuous spirit, in Jesus names! Amen.
Ask God to purify you. Tell God that you want his heart. Tell Him that want to know what He wants?
Tell God you want Him to bring you back to the childlike state, so He can use you, to do His will, here on Earth to build Kingdom, in Jesus name.
Amen.

Note:
Always present your dreams, visions, and audible voices to the Lord, so He can unveil the mysteries behind them, and give you interpretation.
Always write your dreams and visions down, make them plain.
(Habakkuk 2:2) NKJV
"Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it."
When you ask God the right questions, He'll begin to unveil the dreams and visions, and audible voices to you. Ask God to give you His interpretation.
Ask God what's His will for this Dream, Vision, or Audible Voice?
While dreaming or having a vision, pay attention to your emotional tone in the dream. Were you afraid, at peace, sad, or happy?
What can you pull from the dream or vision?
What is the biblical reference?
Example: Seeing a lot of water in the dream.
Water = Purification
Example: Seeing Dolphins = Playful and childlike.
When it's in the will of God, it's prophecy. Because Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. So it must happen!
It was sealed in heaven and performed on Earth!
