"Behold I will do a new thing!"

I dreamt seeing a man walk in and placing a crumbled up brown paper bag on a table. I saw two people watching him as he did it. Then I was able to see something instantly changing from one thing, to something else, in the bag that he balled up, and laid on the table, without opening the bag up. I was able to see it change from something tiny, and unrecognizable, into something big, and beautiful. Then I heard an audible voice say, "Tell him it's settled, it's finished!"
I woke up @9:39am.
The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with these words:
"Something old that you've been having, a gift the Lord gave you is it's about to birth in you again, it's about to rebirth in your spirit, flourish, blossom. It's about about to have life again, and prosper. You once balled it up, and laid it to the side, thinking you could not do it, but God is giving you hope again, he's telling you to pick it up, and try again!"
The Lord said "It's settled, it's finished, It's a new beginning!" You'll see miraculous signs, and wonders from the Lord, on your behalf!
Note:
The people's emotional tone in the dream were happy, excited, and amazed!
Biblical reference the Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with is scripture is:
(Isaiah 43:19) KJV
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
After reading the scripture. The Holy spirit quickened my spirit. Saying to me that "the old crinkled up bag symbolizes the desert. Whatever was in the bag was nothing, it was unrecognizable at first. Then it miraculously turned into something beautiful, and big. And it happened all of a sudden!
