Getting To Your Promises Land!
Read: (Joshua 2:1-24) NKJV
It took Israel 40 years to get to the promise land. But the Lord did not give up on them.
Though the Israelites did not have enough faith to enter the promised land after 11 days, the Lord worked with them until they were faithful enough to receive their inheritance.
(Joshua 2:24) NKJV
And they said to Joshua, “Truly the LORD has delivered all the land into our hands, for indeed all the inhabitants of the country are fainthearted because of us.”
We put ourselves in situations that God did not intend for us to go through. We may take the long way around because of our disobedience. Going through muddy roads, and gravel roads, when we could have taken the smooth, straight, road. The road that would have been shorter and easier for us to take, if we were only patient and obedient. But we sometimes get distracted and and impatient. So we end up taking detours, that takes us out of the way.
So try and start being obedient to the Lord by staying in His presence, listening to His voice, and letting His will be done in your life. God is not going to give your Promise land to someone else.
The Prayer Of Salvation:
Dear Lord Jesus, I ask for your forgiveness of my sins, known, unknown, thought, deed, and word. I believe You died & rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I accept You as my Lord & Savior.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
(Acts 2: 38-39) NASB
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”
