Having served on active duty and being a dual-military spouse, she understands the unique challenges that face women in our community. She helps her clients create healthy habits in each of what she calls "The Four Pillars of Health," which are food, fitness, sleep, and mindset. This helps them lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle sustainably.
