Am I a hater? It's a genuine concern of mine when I peruse social media apps to check-in on my friends and acquaintances, and feel awful afterwards. Sometimes I think I'm going to be the friend that is left behind because I'm not keeping up. It's been one of those weeks where I read books on understanding systems (specifically Thinking in Systems by Donella Meadows) and it got me thinking about my broken feedback loop and how to fix it.
