When shooting in RAW, the Picture Style on your camera doesn’t really matter, as all the data will be scrubbed when loaded into the computer in it’s RAW format. Traditionally, the picture style only applies to the JPEG format of the file, so while the image may be black and white in-camera, it will restore it’s color when loaded into the computer with its RAW file format.
