Diversity Equity and inclusion is seen to be a nice thing to do. However, it is impossible to get the required ideas and input without a comprehensive DEI policy in place.
For young people, they need to be astute and intentional. What is it that you are passionate about and drives you?. What inspires you? Take the decade view, and this will reduce the noise.
