Today I have to wonderful Lauren from Feel the Magic live with me, for a bit of a "Behind the Scenes". As a Mum myself, I know first hand how daunting it feels, "handing over your kids to a bunch of strangers for a Grief Camp". If you can relate, listen in, this is for YOU!
Lauren is a proud mum of four and someone who brings both heart and experience to her work with grieving families. Lauren began her journey with Feel the Magic back in 2019 as a volunteer at Camp Magic, where she was deeply moved by the stories and strength of the children she met. Since then, she’s worn many hats — from helping behind the scenes in a voluntary admin position, to now serving as the Family Liaison Officer nationally.
In this role, Lauren connects personally with each new family, guiding them through the programs and helping them find the most suitable support for their unique needs.
