Lots of assemblies; lots of modelling in lessons; standing assemblies; maximise the number of pupils in the room; split groups to target the pupils who need the message most, assemblies are really CPD; assemblies are all about faint reminders of routines & expectations; the thread - this is a school built on genuine mutual respect - we’re very polite to one another.
