Do you struggle with letting go? Letting go of situations, events, circumstances, or people? Do you keep wanting to let go but resist it because you find comfort in holding on? Do you identify with saying " that's just the way I am" ? Do you resent yourself or people?
Letting go is something many individuals across the world struggle with; myself included. And that being said, I can confidently say that there is no benefit in holding on to things, events, or people that no longer serve this version of you.
On todays's episode Kareem Rawlings ( Coach K) and I chat about why people are holding on, not letting go, resisting, feeding themselves bullshit, and the negative domino effect it plays in all areas of our lives.
I hope I can empower, inspire and encourage you to at least recognize that you struggle with letting go, and perhaps even get curious as to why you are so resist to it?
