It's February, and in honour of Valentine's day and all the lovey-dovey, kissy-wissy, hanky-panky kind of stuff that accompanies it, the gang at ILOM is taking a look at some film romances! First up is this 1955 film, based on the autobiographical novel by Dr. Han Suyin. In this one you have the always great William Holden, the dubiously cast Jennifer Jones, and a magnificent tale of love against the sort of obstacles that are pretty hard to surmount.
