For the past 20 years, Ilaina Rabbat has helped individuals and organizations world-wide to increase their social impact. In 2011 Ilaina co-founded the Amani Institute. Today, the Institute has helped nearly 10,000 people from countries accelerate their careers in social impact. Under her leadership, the Institute has also helped increase staff capacity, motivation, and social impact in over 250 organizations world-wide, from large global UN departments to small local businesses.
She's currently Head of Talent Development at Proximity Designs, an award-winning social enterprise with the mission to increase incomes across rural Myanmar.
Ilaina served or is serving in Board of Directors and Advisory Boards across the world including: Open Society Foundation (Global), Amani Institute (Global), Cola-Cola Institute (Brazil), The Bio-Leadership Project (UK), Recipes for Wellbeing (Global), the School of Future (India), Universidad Camilo José Cela (Spain).

Ilaina co-authored ‘The New Reason to Work' with Roshan Paul. She's written several publications, and most recently wrote a book chapter on how social entrepreneurs can go from surviving to thriving in the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband Ivan, daughter Maya and her dog Punky.
