In Part 1, we talked about the importance of moving towards minimally processed foods.

Today, we're taking it in a totally different discussion. We're looking at a study on food. It's a study on
whether or not “done-for-you” meals, precise eating plans, or a collection healthy recipes is actually the solution for weight loss.

Many of my clients want me to just tell them what to eat. But after reading this study, it turns out they might not actually want that. I’m excited to share this data with you!
