Description

A new study has shown that a lack of places to socialise and a growing mental health crisis are two of the biggest issues impacting young people in Ireland today. Considering these findings, Spunout is urging the Government to prioritise young people in their Budget 2026, by developing hubs around the country for young people to meet in person, and more funding for youth mental health services, along with a list of other asks, which they are looking for the Government to deliver on. Adrianne is joined here by Jack Eustace, Governance and Policy Manager at Spunout to discuss these stark findings and their ideas for making Ireland a healthier place to live in.
