The Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign Roscommon branch have engaged in various campaigns to raise awareness about the ongoing struggles that Palestinians are facing, and they are hosting a FREE family day event on Sunday, 31st August from 12pm to 4pm in Strokestown Park. This will be a coming together of community, a celebration of the Palestine culture and a way for people to stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine. There will be live music, cooking demos, drumming workshops, face painting, pizza, ice cream and much more.
