There has been widespread sadness locally at news of the untimely passing of Maire Allen on Tuesday. Maire was involved with numerous community groups such as the Brothers of Charity, The Special Olympics, Roscommon LGFA, Roscommon Gaels and many more groups. Seamus Duke spoke to Jacqui McCormack of Roscommon Town Special Olympics, a personal friend of Maire's, about her passing and her legacy.
