Description

Ever since the Late January President Biden and Justice Breyer retirement announcement, everyone now knows what kind of person President Biden is looking for when replacing Breyer. I would say yes, because it could help President Biden receive more support from minorities like Blacks, African Americans and Hispanics. But there's always more to a political headline or story. Certainly the United States of America needs a Supreme Court that is unique and diverse close to how our population in the world is growing. Though, Biden since he became President has led the charge to nominate and have diverse judges and government officials. Because our culture in America is rapidly changing every ten years when we participate in the Census. However, we always should consider all possible contenders for a government or judge post, no matter if they are white or black. Experience and competence matters when nominating someone to the United States Supreme Court. Enjoy this episode!
