New York City has a mayoral race taking place on November 2nd, 2021. It's between two major party candidates Eric Adams the Democratic nominee, and Curtis Sliwa their Republican nominee. This race is happening because the current mayor Bill De Blasio can only serve as a mayor of New York City for two four year terms.
